Yes — same-day delivery is available across Adelaide metro for orders placed before 3:00pm. Deliveries are completed by 5:30pm.

We cannot guarantee exact times as it depends on courier runs, but if you leave special instructions, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
If no one is available to receive the flowers, our courier will leave them in a safe, shaded spot. If you’d prefer otherwise, please provide instructions at checkout.
Yes — please provide full details (recipient name, ward/floor/department, business name). Once delivered to the reception or delivery desk, responsibility passes to that organisation.
Fresh flowers cannot be shipped interstate or overseas. We can, however, send hampers, gifts, and preserved flowers via courier or Australia Post.
Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute with blooms of equal or greater value while keeping the overall style.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before delivery. After this time, changes may not be possible.
Yes — we create bespoke arrangements for weddings and events. You can enquire through our Weddings & Events page and even upload an inspiration photo.

Yes — we offer custom labels in gold, silver, black, white, and pink for hat boxes, vases, and hampers. White labels can only be applied to non-white boxes or vases.
