At Maison Bloomé, we pride ourselves on creating floral experiences that are as memorable as they are beautiful. Below you’ll find care tips, delivery details, and our policies designed to give you complete confidence when ordering with us.

Flower Care

Cut Flowers

  • Trim stems on an angle (2–3cm) before placing in fresh water.
  • Use a clean vase and refresh the water every 2 days.
  • Keep flowers out of direct sunlight, heating, and drafts.
  • Remove leaves below the waterline to prevent bacteria.
  • Re-trim stems mid-week to extend vase life.

Arrangements in Floral Foam / Boxes

  • Top up daily with a small amount of clean water, poured gently at the base.
  • Display indoors, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Avoid moving frequently, as this may damage blooms.

Preserved & Dried Flowers

  • No water required.
  • Keep away from humidity and direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Handle gently, as preserved florals are delicate.

Orders & Delivery

Same-Day Delivery

  • Available for Adelaide metro orders placed before 3:00pm.
  • Deliveries are completed by 6pm. While we do our best to accommodate requests, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed as this depends on courier scheduling.

Delivery Zones & Fees

  • 0–15km: $14.95 Flat Fee
  • 15–25km: $19.95 Flat Fee
  • 25–35km: $24.95 Flat Fee
  • 35–45km: $34.95 Flat Fee
  • 45–55km: $55 Flat Fee

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure delivery details are correct when placing your order. Couriers may charge an additional fee for re-delivery if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if the recipient is unavailable.

  • If no one is home, flowers may be left in a safe, shaded location at the courier’s discretion. If you prefer your order not to be left unattended, please include special instructions when ordering.

  • Deliveries to hospitals, schools, and workplaces require full details (recipient name, ward, floor, department, business name). Responsibility passes to that organisation once delivered to reception or the designated delivery area.

After-Hours & Special Deliveries

  • Deliveries outside standard hours (after 6pm, Sundays, or public holidays) are available upon request and will incur an additional surcharge.

Interstate Shipping

  • Fresh flowers cannot be shipped interstate.
  • Gifts, hampers, and preserved arrangements can be sent via trusted couriers or Australia Post.
    Please note: Once dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.

Substitutions

  • Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
  • If a specific flower or product is unavailable, we may substitute with blooms of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style and quality of your order.
  • During peak periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), specific flower varieties and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Early ordering is recommended.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
  • For change of mind, refunds are not available. Instead, a Maison Bloomé store credit will be issued for use on a future order.
  • Once an order is prepared or dispatched, cancellations and changes are not possible.

Store Credit Terms

  • Store credits are issued in lieu of refunds for eligible cancellations or change-of-mind requests made at least 24 hours before delivery.
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • If the purchase exceeds the credit, the balance must be paid at checkout.

Refunds & Complaints

At Maison Bloomé, we want every order to delight. Our flowers are hand-selected and arranged with care; however, as they are natural and perishable, variations in colour, size, and availability may occur.

Concerns with Freshness or Quality

  • If you are unsatisfied with the freshness or quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear photo of the arrangement will be required so we can review promptly.
  • If the flowers are deemed not up to standard, we will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Change of Mind

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind. Store credit may be provided as outlined above.

Non-Delivery

  • If an incorrect address is provided or the recipient is unavailable and no safe delivery instructions were given, redelivery fees may apply.
